This Offer is being made and conducted by 4 Minute Mile Marketing Services Pvt. Ltd.(4MM) on behalf of Backpack International Pvt. Ltd.(Company) on following Terms and Conditions:

1. The Offer is open to residents of India above 18 years of age (“Participant”), except employees, agents, dealers, distributors, clients, and immediate families of the employees of Urban Tribe, 4 Minute Mile Marketing Services Pvt. Ltd
2. All coupons are promotional offers & subject to stock and availability.
3. The usage of this offer is incumbent upon the terms & conditions to be followed by the purchaser. Such conditions need to be followed by the purchaser.
4. The offer is non-transferable and cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional offer.
5. Customer will be eligible to redeem one offer per day from the offer basket.
6. Zee5, Swiggy & Uber vouchers are monthly redeemable offers. Customer is required to log on to the microsite for the second consecutive month & redeem the offer.
7. If the consumer has registered himself to the DND or Do not Call registry of the telecom provider then by participating in this Offer, he / she hereby consent 4MM / Company, to contact him as per the terms of this Offer. However, such consumers may not receive any call or message from 4MM or Company, in case their details are filtered out by 4MM due to their DND or Do not Call registry registration and in such case 4MM or Company, shall not be liable or responsible for in any manner whatsoever
8. In the event the Winner declines or fails to claim the Assured gift for whatsoever reasons, Company, may at its sole discretion choose an alternate winner from the participants who have provided purchase documents in the mentioned timeframe. The decision of Company  and 4MM shall be final and binding and no further queries/correspondence will be entertained in this regard by Company.
9. This Offer is subject to government rules and regulations of India.
10. Under this Offer, the E-Voucher codes for the Assured gifts are being directly delivered by 4MM. Company is not responsible either directly or indirectly with respect to any matter pertaining to E-Voucher Codes.
11. Any costs associated with entering the Offer, including accessing the promotional website, shall be borne by the Participant. Also, regular call and message rates will apply as per the Participant’s telecom operator in their respective circle.
12. Company and 4MM reserves the right to change the terms and conditions of this Offer, including extending, withdrawing, or discontinuing the same without notice, without assigning any reason, at their sole discretion and without any liability.
13. 4MM and Company and shall not be liable in any manner for any cost or expense incurred for redemption of the Assured Gift.
14. If this Offer is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted as reasonably anticipated due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of Company, including but not limited to technical difficulties, unauthorized intervention or fraud, Company through 4MM reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to the fullest extent permitted by law (a) to disqualify any Participant; or (b) subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority, to modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the Offer, as appropriate.
15. Company and 4MM are  not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone or network or lines, servers or providers, computer equipment, software, technical problems or traffic congestion on a mobile network, or any combination thereof, or any other technical failures including any damage to Participant’s or any other person's mobile handset or computer related to, or resulting from, participation in this Offer or the downloading of any materials related to this Offer.
16. If for any reason this Offer is not capable of running as planned because of infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, technical failures or any other causes beyond the reasonable control of the 4MM/ Company which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Offer, 4MM and Company reserves the right in its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend this Offer.
17. Caution: any attempt to deliberately damage 4MM’s promotional website or the information on the website, to cause malicious damage or interference with the normal functioning of the website, or to otherwise undermine the legitimate operation of this Offer may be a violation of criminal and civil laws and should such an attempt be made, whether successful or not, 4MM reserves the right to seek damages to the fullest extent permitted by law. If 4MM suffers loss or incurs any costs in connection with any breach of these terms or any other legal obligation by a Participant, the Participant agrees to indemnify 4MM for those losses, damages, and costs.
18. 4MM/ Company will have no legal and financial liability on unclaimed offers, incentives, vouchers, etc. beyond the applicable period of the Offer.
19. 4MM/ Company, its clients, agents and distributors accept no responsibility, financial or otherwise for the misuse of E-Voucher codes, and are not liable for any personal loss or injury and cannot be held responsible for any disagreement concerning this Offer
20. All information provided by the Participant in relation to this Offer will be used by Company and its authorized service providers to administer the Offer.
21. Entry to the Offer is void in States where prohibited/not allowed.
22. Products purchased as part of the Offer will not be taken back or exchanged.
23. By participating in this Offer, the Participant unconditionally and irrevocably accepts and agrees to be bound by all these terms and conditions as stated herein without any exception whatsoever. 
24. In case of any misuse or reverse engineering or fraud or disruption caused to the offer by any person and if the same is identified, 4MM and Company shall have the right to deny the participation or eligibility in the Offer and may take such action as may be allowed under applicable law.
25. This Offer is subject to force majeure circumstances i.e. Act of God (including pandemic) or any circumstance beyond the reasonable control of the Company or 4MM. In case of force majeure conditions, no liability in whatsoever manner shall fall upon the Company or 4MM. 4MM shall not be liable for any loss or damage due to the Act of God, Governmental actions, other force majeure circumstances and shall not be liable to pay any amount as compensation or otherwise for any such loss. This offer is subject to promotional availability and government regulations including lockdown restrictions caused due to the pandemic.
26. The Offer cannot be redeemed after the expiry of redemption date i.e. 31st August 2021 and the Participant agrees to waive off right of redemption. Company and 4MM will not be liable for any delay in actual redemption under this Offer. E-Voucher Code once sent by SMS will not be re-issued under any circumstances.

• Myntra E- Gift Card is issued by 4 Minute Mile Pvt. Ltd which is a private limited company incorporated under the laws of India, and is authorized by the Reserve Bank of India ("RBI") to issue such Gift Cards.
• This E-Gift Card is redeemable only on Myntra marketplace platform.
• This E-Gift Card shall have a minimum validity period of 1 Year.
• This E - Gift Card cannot be used to purchase other gift cards.
• Multiple E-Gift Cards can be clubbed in a single order. 
• E -Gift Cards cannot be redeemed for Cash or Credit and cannot be reloaded.
• This E-Gift Card can be redeemed online against sellers listed on www.myntra.com or Myntra Mobile App only.
• In cases where the order is cancelled, the E- Gift Card amount shall be refunded to the source E-Gift Card. The E - Gift Card amount shall not be refunded to the user's cashback account.

• Once the E - Gift Card has been sent to the customer, then the customers are bound to protect the E-Gift Card PIN or E -Gift Card number. In the event of any misuse of E -Gift Card due to loss of any such confidential details due to the fault of the purchaser/customer, myntra.com/ 4 Minute Mile Pvt. Ltd shall not be held responsible for the same and no refund can be issued against such E -Gift Cards.

• Validity of E - Gift Card cannot be extended, new E - Gift Card cannot be provided against the expired/unused E - Gift Cards.
• 4 Minute Mile/Myntra reserves the right to cancel the E - Gift Card if the same have been found to be purchased with fraudulent means and/or the beneficiary/Know Your Customer ("KYC") details as per RBI Guidelines are found to be incorrect/insufficient. In such cases, the funds shall be credited back to the same source from where these were received.
• You agree and understand that E - Gift Cards are a pre-paid payment Instrument subjected to regulations by RBI Under the RBI guidelines, Myntra/ 4 Minute Mile Pvt. Ltd may be required to share KYC details of the purchaser/ redeemer of the Gift Card and/or any other information with relation to the purchase of the Gift Cards and/or transaction undertaken using the Gift Card with RBI or such statutory authorities. Myntra/ 4 Minute Mile Pvt. Ltd may contact the purchaser/redeemer of the GC for any such information. Myntra along with its sellers reserves the right to change the terms and conditions of the E-Gift Card, including extending, withdrawing or discontinuing the same without notice, at its sole discretion.
• All orders would be subject to availability at the time of purchase and will be governed by the standard terms and conditions on myntra.com. In case of return of the purchased item, please refer to the “Return Policy” on our website or write to returns@myntra.com
• All disputes arising out of or in connection to this scheme are subject to exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bangalore only.

7. Domino's 

• Domino's Electronic Gift Card (EGC) is for ONE TIME USE ONLY, any unredeemed amount will get forfeited
• Domino’s EGC can be used to purchase any Domino’s product on Domino’s India Mobile App/Desktop website (NOT on mobile website/PWA).
• Domino's EGC cannot be exchanged for cash.
• Once E gift card has been purchased it is considered sold and cannot be cancelled, refunded or exchanged.
• No refund will be made for any lost Egift cards and no revalidation is allowed for expired gift cards balance.
• Maximum one EGift card can be used per order.
• Balance can be checked from the website www.dominos.co.in/gift-vouchers/balance-enquiry
• JFL at its own discretion may withdraw issuance/redemption of e gift card, without any prior notice in this regard.
• JFL's maximum liability for any reason whatsoever shall not exceed the purchase value of the e gift card.
• Redemption will happen on Domino’s digital assets i.e. Mobile APP & Desktop website (NOT on mobile website/PWA). In restaurants redemption will NOT be available.
• Any pre-order discount like EDV, CRM, Combos and any after order discount like Late or any specific guarantee in place with Domino's will NOT be applicable.
• Remaining balance in case if the order value is more than voucher value can only be paid by cash. (No other modes of payment are acceptable).
